Menu Bar System Monitor

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Summary

Menu Bar System Monitor ("App") shows your Mac's CPU, memory, network, GPU, disk and battery readings. It has no network access, no account, no analytics, no advertising and no crash reporting. Everything it reads and keeps stays on your Mac. We, the developer (Richard Pham), never receive any information from the App.

2. What the App reads

Only figures about the Mac itself, through public macOS interfaces:

The App does not read your files, documents, contacts, location, camera, microphone, screen contents, keystrokes, clipboard or browsing data. In the Mac App Store edition macOS does not let it see other apps' usage at all.

3. What the App keeps, and where

4. Network connections

None. The App is built without the network entitlement, so macOS does not allow it to connect anywhere. Purchases of Pro are handled by Apple through the App Store; we receive no payment details, only Apple's anonymous sales reports.

8. Changes and contact
