1. Licence
Menu Bar System Monitor ("App") is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.
2. Pro
Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the features listed in the App. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on your other Macs with Restore Purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
3. Readings
The App shows figures that macOS reports. They are meant to inform, not to be relied on for safety-critical decisions. The App does not change any system setting, fan speed or process.
4. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Richard Pham is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it.
